YouRban Open Call 3: Join the Info Webinars for Potential Applicants

The YouRban project invites interested applicants to join two online info webinars dedicated to Open Call 3 (OC3), which focuses on selecting a performers’ manager — an artistic programme manager for a 10-day event in Barcelona in 2026. OC3 winner will organize and increase the impact of the event through artistic performances designed to engage the audience, improving the project outreach, and showcasing the YouRban technologies and creations. 

Info Webinars – Save the Dates

To help applicants better understand the call objectives, requirements, and application process, the YouRban team will host two online info sessions:

19 January 2026

The first webinar will be held on Mon, 19 January 2026, from 12:00-12:45 CET.

During the webinars, participants will receive:

  • An overview of Open Call 3
  • Key information on eligibility, evaluation, and funding
  • Guidance on how to apply via the Kartu Platform
  • A live Q&A session with the YouRban team

The webinars will be recorded.

Open Call 3 at a Glance

  • Who: Performers’ managers and artistic programme managers from EU countries
  • What: Organization and valorisation of a 10-day event in Barcelona
  • When: Event dates: 23 April – 3 May 2026. The initiative to organize and implement the 10-day event in Barcelona will last a maximum of 2 months.
  • Budget: €100,000 (1 project selected)
  • Deadline: 23 February 2026, 09:30 (Brussels time)
